A full life

Hi.
Thanks for taking the time to visit.
My first blog ever!! I have been mulling over this idea for over 3 months now.

About me:
I love people, I love to see them outgrow their shells, take on life by its horns and lead it where they want it to go.I believe that the most important journey a person makes is an inward one, discovering the riches that lie within.
My job is as a trainer in behavioral and soft skills, helping others develop their fullest potential!! One of those lucky few who has found what she wants to do and is doing it. :)

I love life and believe that it should be lived to its fullest. Years later, (hopefully :P) as I lie down, peacefully awaiting death and the hereafterJ , not having lived should not be a regret. A life lived on my own terms, full of interesting people and times, laughter and love, lots of travel and fun, that's the goal.

I live with my two lovely daughters,my gifts from above. Whether they are chattering over a meal, singing loud as we drive around or fast asleep after a full day, they never cease to make me happy at being their mom. Of course there are also those days when I get happy because they are sleeping.

Having worked with people from all over this world and for more years than I care to admit, I thought it would be great to share my experiences with all who are pursuing life at this same time, and to learn from you as I share what helped me through all the sad , bad,  mad and glad times I’ve had.

I will be posting stories, ideas and well researched (and well condensed- by me) topics on how the happy people of this world got happy and remain so. It has amazed me no end to hear how its not so different, no matter what background you’re from. Life has it’s measure of ups and downs. Why get overwhelmed if you can ride the waves smoothly?

So do come by when you want a perk me up time... I promise not to make you cry. My kids think it’s the silliest thing when I cry with happiness.. but they think it’s crazy that I laugh so much too, my younger daughter  actually said.. mom when can we  (she means me!) be normal like the others?

Do leave your comments and the stories you’d like to share too.
Look forward to seeing you here and being your friend.
Love.

  1. Hi Prabha!
Sorry it took me a while but I finally got down to reading it. I knew that if you are writing, you have something worth sharing, and I was 'obviously' not wrong :) I enjoyed reading this post and I am hoping for many more...Rock on!

  2. Hey good to read your stuff... and I love the 'laughing too much' bit... don't ever stop. But I know what you mean - I've decided 'not to grow up'/ (conform to others expectations/ be myself) in that way too - loving where I'm at!!! Feels good to share the feeling.
